Referral terms.
The short version: give a friend your code, they get 15% off their first order, and you earn 15% of what they spend — then 5% of everything they buy after that. Spend it with us, or take half of it as cash.
Version 2026-09-28
Who can refer
Anyone with a Vivre account who has placed at least one order, and has ordered in the last 1 year. If you stop shopping with us you stop earning (your code still gives friends their discount) — your balance stays exactly where it is. Place any order and earning switches back on. You join by getting your code in the Momentum Hub (the Refer a friend or UGC tab), and getting one is agreeing to these terms.
Who can be referred
Someone who has never ordered from us, or who hasn't ordered in over a year. That's deliberate: it means nobody can be both a referrer and a referee at the same time, so friends can't refer each other in a circle.
- — Anyone can use a code once, but only someone new, or back after a year away, counts as referred. Anyone else just gets the discount.
- — A friend stays with whoever referred them. Only another member's referral code moves them, and only after a year without ordering. Coming back with no code, or with one of our own codes, they stay.
- — You can't refer yourself, another account of yours, or anyone in your household.
- — A code can't be combined with another code.
What you earn
- — 15% of your friend's first order.
- — 5% of every order they place after that, for as long as you're still active and they're still yours: if they go more than a year without ordering and come back with another member's referral code, that person earns on them from then on. If they come back with no code, or with one of ours (a welcome code, Sparks, a membership or sale code, a pop-up's), they're still yours.
- — Your friend gets 15% off and 200 bonus Sparks (the Sparks once per person, ever).
Earnings are a share of what was actually paid for the goods — after any discount, and not counting postage or tax. Credit lands 30 days after your friend's parcel ships, once the return window has closed. If they send it back, the matching part of your credit comes back to us; if you've already spent it, we don't chase you for it.
Your code
Your code is a real discount code: a friend can type it at checkout, or open your link and it goes on their bag. You can change it up to three times a month, and your last few codes keep working, so posts that show an old one still count. A code that's offensive, or that looks like someone else's brand, we may change for you.
Spending your wallet
Turn any amount of it into a discount code, dollar for dollar. Codes are single use and last 90 days.
Whatever you don't spend on that order is gone — a $50 code used on a $30 order costs you the full $50. So make the code for what you'll actually spend. Haven't used it yet? Void it and the money goes straight back.
Only one discount code works per order, so pick whichever saves you more.
UGC credit lands in the same wallet and is spent the same way, but it's for spending only: it can't be cashed out. Codes use it first.
Cashing out
Your wallet is worth twice as much spent with us as taken in cash, and that's the trade: we'll PayNow you half your referral earnings, less a $1 transfer fee, in multiples of $10, once per calendar month.
So $30 in your bank takes $62 out of your wallet: $60 for the cash and $2 for the fee. The hub always shows the most you can take right now.
- — Minimum $10. We send these by hand, so allow a day or two.
- — PayNow mobile number only. Please don't give us an NRIC — we're not permitted to collect one for this, and we don't want it.
- — The name you give has to match the name your bank shows for that number. We check before sending. If it doesn't match we put the money straight back and email you.
- — Once a payout has gone through, your number is locked. To change it, reply to any of our emails.
When a wallet expires
If you go 2 years with no order, no earning and no withdrawal, the balance expires. We'll email you about three months beforehand. Anything you do — an order, a code, a payout — pushes it back the full 2 years.
Fair use
This is meant for telling people you know about clothes you like. We may hold or cancel a wallet, and cancel unused codes, where it's being worked rather than used — for example accounts made to refer themselves, several accounts sharing an address or a PayNow number, or referrals bought and sold.
We'll tell you why, and if you think we've got it wrong, reply and a person will look at it again. We'd much rather fix a misunderstanding than lose a customer over one.
Changes
We can change the rates, the terms, or end the programme at any time — it's a promotion, not a contract. Anything you've already earned is honoured under the terms that were in force when you earned it. Pending referrals are judged by the terms in place when the code was used.
Your details
When you ask for a payout we collect your full name and your PayNow mobile number, and nothing else. We only ask for them at that point — if you only ever spend your wallet with us, we never have them at all.
- — What we use them for: making and checking the PayNow transfer. Nothing else. Not marketing.
- — How long we keep them: five years after the payout, because payment records have to be kept that long.
- — Never an NRIC. PayNow accepts one; we don't collect it and the form won't take it.
- — Your first name is public on your link, or the display name you choose in the hub instead. Anyone who opens it, or opens the page for your code, sees "referred by [that name]". Your surname, email and balance are never shown.
- — Your friend sees nothing of yours beyond that first name, and you only ever see a partly hidden version of their email.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it, any time — email admin@vivreactivewear.com. Our full privacy policy covers everything else.
The boring bit
Taking part doesn't make you an employee, agent or partner of Vivre Activewear Pte Ltd, and you're responsible for your own tax on anything you're paid. Referral earnings have no cash value beyond the payout terms above, and can't be transferred to anyone else. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
