Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.


With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.


Run tape measure along the the fullest part of your thigh.

All measurements are in inches. Our materials are stretchable, therefore most of the time if you fall in between sizes, you should be able to fit into both. Your selection will depend on whether you prefer a tight fit or loose fit. Alternatively, you may just head down to our stores to try our apparels. .
