Vivre Outdoor Yoga Class Series!

(a) V-Core

V-Core is great for core strengthening. It helps to set the foundation you need in many challenging postures like arm balances and inversions. When you learn how to properly engage your core muscles, that’s when you start to feel light and before you know it, you will be floating!

Focus: Strengthening of back and abdomen muscles, and glutes

Difficulty: Beginner-Intermediate

(b) V-Vinyasa

V-Vinyasa is great if you’re looking to step up your practice. The class comes at a faster rhythm and you will be challenged to find ease and grace by linking each movement to your breath. Expect yourself to sweat buckets as you get yourself into a calming yet energising full body workout.

Focus: Strengthening and toning of entire body

Difficulty: Beginner – Intermediate

V-Vinyasa

Date: 1 April 2017, Saturday

Time: 5pm-6pm

Venue: Bishan Park, Elevated Space between Carpark A and Canopy Cafe

 

After completion of the class, there will be a $10 Vivre cash voucher given for usage at our retail stores.

Things to Bring

You would bring along the following:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga towel (optional)
  • Water bottle
  • Hand towel
