About Vivre Activewear

We are based in Singapore, and ships internationally. Shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia are currently at a flat rate of $4 (tracking available). Shipping to all other countries are at a flat rate of $10 (tracking available). Upon checking out, if your country is not listed, simply email us at [email protected] and we will list your country in our online store.

Vivre’s Online Shop

We accept credit card (via stripe or PayPal) and bank transfer (via ATM/internet banking).
Once payment is processed, your order is usually mailed out by the next working day. You will receive a “Your order is complete” email after your order is packed. A separate email with your tracking code, if any, will be sent to you, for tracking at www.singpost.com.sg (Singapore) or www.dhl.com.sg (international).

You may check your junk folder should you never receive any email update from us.

After which, another 3-5 days (normal mail), 2-4 days (registered mail), 2-5 working days for you to receive your order.

Once payment is processed, your order is usually ready for pick up by the next day. You will receive a “Your order is complete” email as confirmation.

Kindly quote your order number for collection at our store. We will usually verify with the email sent by us or by your contact information.

For mobile devices such as phone and tablet, no known bug was found.

For best shopping experience, use the latest version of Safari or google chrome on your desktop/laptop.

All items listed online are new pieces from the warehouse.

Certain items not available online may be available in store.

Prices are the same for our retail and online stores, except for certain “last pieces” at the retail stores.

Please be aware that orders from outside of Singapore may require you to pay import taxes upon receipt.

Vivre Activewear is not responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes.

DHL will require an additional handling charge.

DHL

  • The parcel is able to reach you faster.
  • DHL will pay the taxes/fees for you at the Customs first.
  • For this service, they will charge you handling fees.
  • Able to track parcel very accurately. Thus, the parcel has a very low chance of getting lost.

Singpost

  • You may have to pay directly to your Customs for taxes/fees.
  • Can only know the following tracking processes once the parcel is out of Singapore.
    • Handed over to your country.
    • Failed delivery attempt.
    • Delivered.

Product Care

1) Wash your apparels in a washing machine in cool water. A full cycle of wash/rinse/spin works well. Do not attempt to hand-wash as washing technique varies.

2) For bright color apparels, it is strongly encouraged to wash them separately from light colored clothing for the first wash.

3) All other colors should be machine washed in a laundry net at low temperature.

4) Separate them in a laundry net to prevent cotton fluff, Velcro or zippers getting on the delicate performance fabric.

5) Strictly avoid detergents that contains bleach and fabric softeners.  Do not spot-clean with solvents. Use only mild powered detergents. This will prevent color stain and fades, and will increase the lifespan of your garment.

6) Do not soak your apparels in water/detergent for prolonged period. There’s no need to soak overnight or more than an hour.

7) Hang dry inside out or tumble-dry at low speed and temperatures. Do not iron. Do not use steam.

When in doubt, refer to care label* on the apparel.

*Machine wash cold/Gentle cycle/Wash dark colour separately/Do not bleach/Tumble dry.

1) You should wash your yoga mat after every 1-5 times of usage, depending on the sweat level and setting.

2) Spray mild soap and gently wipe away dirt with a sponge or cloth.

3) Wash or wipe off remaining soap.

4) Hang mat to dry thoroughly.

1) It is advised to wash your new yoga towel alone in cold water for the first wash.

2) Subsequent washes can be machine washed in a laundry net at low temperature.

Exchange

At Vivre, we take pride in our reputation for customer service, quality, and workmanship. All unwashed, unaltered, and unworn apparels with the hang-tag attached are exchangeable for a different size/design.

  • Kindly bring the item(s) back to any of our retail store for an exchange within 30 days.
  • Items will be exchanged with accordance to its original tagged price. Any amount topped up for an exchange may be qualified for any current promotions (if any).
  • Complimentary items can only be exchangeable in size.
  • Clearance/marked down sales items are not qualified for exchange.
  • Any excess amount not utilized in one transaction will not be refunded.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
  • Vivre Active Wear will not provide any exchange should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  • Vivre reserves the rights to reject the return/exchange if the apparels show signs of being over-stretched, stained, washed, without tags etc.
  • Kindly mail the item back to 46 Pheng Geck Ave, Singapore 348241 via a track-able mailing method and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel.
  • You may also opt for normal mailing, however, Vivre Active Wear will not be liable for any loss normal mail.
  • We will not reimburse for postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • Credit voucher issued should be used in one transaction, any excess amount will not be refunded. However, depending on the amount issued, we may issue up to 3 vouchers.
  • Credit voucher cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions.
  • Complimentary items can only be exchangeable in size.
  • Clearance/marked down sales items are not qualified for exchange.
  • We do not provide Cash Refunds for returns.
  • Vivre Active Wear will not provide any exchange should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  • Vivre reserves the rights to reject the return/exchange if the apparels show signs of being over-stretched, stained, washed, without tags etc.
  • You may bring the item(s) with tag intact and unwashed back to any of our retail store for an exchange within 30 days. Your order number is required for a verification.
  • Alternatively, you can mail the item, with tag intact and unwashed, back to us via Registered Mail and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel.
  • You may also opt for normal mail, however, Vivre Active Wear will not be liable for any loss Normal Mail.
  • Upon verification, we will reimburse for postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • Vivre Active Wear will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
  • Do note that we cannot accept returns that have been washed, soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or handling. Refer to apparels’ handling guide here.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. There is strictly no cash refund or colour changes unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition(tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

*There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

Return may be considered on a case by case basis. For example, we will refund for order that we cannot fulfilled.
