Return Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item needs to:

• Be in pristine shape—original tags and packaging still on.
• Stay unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (keep it fresh!).
• Be sent back within 30 days of purchase—don’t snooze on it!
• Not be a final sale item (those end in $x.90—no dice!).
• Have a discount of 15% or less applied (Sparks 30% discount? Still good!).
• Not have used store credit to snag it.
• Logo peel? No sweat! DM us with your order number, item, and a pic for a $10 store credit.

Heads-up: If it doesn’t check all these, we can’t take it back.

Return Process (Local & International)

Ready to send it back? You’ve got 30 days from purchase (final sale items excluded). Here’s the flow:

• You handle return shipping costs—hang onto that tracking number!
• Kick things off at vivreactivewear.com/account under “Initiate Return.”
• Want to exchange? Only for shipping addresses in Singapore & Malaysia! In the comments, tell us the item, color, or size you’re eyeing (e.g., “want to exchange to black leggings, size M”). If it’s in stock, we’ll swap it; if not, or if you’re outside SG/MY, we’ll set you up with store credit instead.
• Follow the steps in our return email once approved.
• Store credit matches what you paid. No heads-up email (tech vibes!), but peek at your balance anytime at vivreactivewear.com/account under “Check Store Credit.”
• Use your credit to grab whatever you want later—free shipping’s on us!
