How fast is delivery?
Orders to China go by DHL Express with tracking, arriving 1 to 3 working days after they leave us (Monday to Friday). Shipping is free on orders from ¥1,100 (S$200), est. ¥157 (S$30) from ¥530 (S$100), ¥235 (S$45) below; checkout charges the exact amount. Any import fees in China aren't covered.
Can I return something?
Full-price pieces can be returned within 30 days for store credit; the returns page lists the conditions. Final sale pieces and accessories can't be returned.
