Why are some pieces here cheaper than others?
Newer styles come first at full price. Colours from earlier drops that are now marked down follow, each showing its own price with a Final sale tag. Final sale pieces (prices ending in .90) can't be returned or exchanged.
How fast is delivery?
Orders to Hong Kong go by DHL Express with tracking, arriving 1 to 3 working days after they leave us (Monday to Friday). Shipping is est. HK$123 (S$20) on orders from HK$491 (S$80), HK$307 (S$50) below; checkout charges the exact amount. Any import fees in Hong Kong aren't covered.
Can I return something?
Full-price pieces can be returned within 30 days for store credit; the returns page lists the conditions. Final sale pieces and accessories can't be returned.
