Not feeling your item? Don‘t sweat it! Please ensure that your item meets the Exchange Criteria (stated below).

Return & Exchange Criteria

For your item(s) to be eligible for return & exchange, please ensure that it fulfils the following criteria:

1. Must be in original condition (all tags & packaging included)

2. Have original receipt or proof of purchase (eg: email invoice)

3. Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way

4. Must be returned within 30 days from purchase date

5. Must not be a final sale item (retail price ending $x.90)

6. Discount of not more than 15% applied (except for sparks 30% discount)

7. Store credit used (return is allow)

8. Logo peel is normal as it won't stay on the apparel nicely 100% all the time. You may contact us with order number, item and image for a $10 store credit.

Should your item fail to meet all requirements, no return or exchange will be allowed. 

Exchange Process [Local Orders]

Ensure the item(s) meet all exchange criteria and are subjected to stock availability.

1.⁠ ⁠Doorstep Exchange: This service is available for $10.**

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping: After a confirmation, send your item back to us*. We will ship your replacement free of charge (within Singapore) once we receive your item.

Do add a slip of paper with your order number and state if it's an exchange or return for store credit.
**Suitable for non restricted access and for residential address only. We shall make use of riser etc for contactless exchange. We will cancel this service without refund if we do not have access to your unit (condo etc)

Return for Store Credit [Local Orders]

With the same exchange criteria, we may allow return for store credit. The store credit amount will be determined by collection, discount code used etc and may not be the amount that you have paid or the product original price. We may also deduct between 5-20% to make up for the merchant fee, shipping fee or other commission cost.

Only proceed to send it back to us after approval.

Exchange Process [International Orders]

For international purchases

To start your return process, please ensure that your items meet the Exchange Criteria (listed above). Once you have determined that it's valid for exchange, please drop us an email at admin@vivreactivewear.com with your order number. You will have to send the item back to us here in Singapore (postage will not be reimbursed). Upon successful processing, you will receive store credit amounting to the total value paid for the item(s) returned (excluding postage). This store credit is for use on our online store (www.vivreactivewear.com).

Defective Items / Wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (admin@vivreactivewear.com) should your item(s) be defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Refunds Eligibility

Please note that we are only offering exchange and return for store credit at this present time.

Refunds are only applicable on orders which cannot be fulfilled on Vivre Activewear's end (ie: item is out of stock due to inventory error).

Gift Cards

Please note that Gift Cards are strictly not eligible for exchange or returns.
