What you earn sits in a referral wallet. Turn any amount into a discount code, dollar for dollar — or take half of it out by PayNow, once a month. Spending it is worth double, which is rather the point.
The fine print, in plain words
- Who can I refer?
- Anyone who has never ordered from us, or who hasn't in over a year. It's meant for bringing new people in — and it means nobody can refer you back, so friends can't just swap codes.
- When do I get paid?
- 30 days after their parcel ships, once the return window closes. If they send it back, the matching part comes back to us too.
- Do I need to keep shopping?
- To keep earning, yes — you stop earning if you haven't ordered in a year. Whatever you've already earned stays exactly where it is.
- Is a friend mine for good?
- Yes, with one exception. If they go more than a year without ordering and come back with another member's referral code, they're that person's from then on, and your share of their orders stops. If they come back with no code, or with one of ours (a welcome code, Sparks, a membership, sale or pop-up code), they're still yours. What you've already earned from them stays yours either way.
- What does my friend see?
- Your first name, or a name you choose in the hub, so they know who sent them. Nothing else — not your surname, your email, or what you've earned.
- What if someone who already shops with us uses my code?
- They still get the discount, but you only earn from first orders, or from someone coming back after a year away. If they come back after a year with your code, they're yours from then on.
- Can I earn by posting?
- Yes. Post the pieces you bought and send us the link from the UGC tab in your Momentum Hub: up to 100% of what you paid comes back to spend on your next pieces. Put your code in the caption and your posts earn twice.
