Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 30 days from purchase. Start your return from your orders under “Return or exchange”.
What we accept
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Not a final sale item. These end in $x.90 and are not eligible.
- Purchased with a discount of 15% or less. Sparks 30% discount orders are still eligible.
- Bought with store credit? That can be returned too.
How it works
- 01Initiate your return at your orders in the Momentum Hub. Follow the steps in the approval email once submitted.
- 02Return shipping is on you. Keep your tracking number.
- 03A $10 restock fee applies if you're returning an exchanged item, or if the return is sent back more than 2 weeks after approval.
- 04Repeated returns or exchanges may carry a restock fee.
- 05Store credit is issued for the amount you paid. Use it on any future order; that order pays its own shipping to you, as usual.
- 06Sparks or discount codes used on your order are not refunded if you return it later.
- 07No cash refunds, store credit only.
Returning from overseas
- Returns from outside Singapore and Malaysia follow the same rules, for store credit only. There are no exchanges.
- You pay the postage to send it back to us in Singapore. Use a tracked service.
- Your next order, paid with the store credit, ships to you at the usual rate.
Exchanges
Singapore & Malaysia only
If the size is off, choose “Too small” or “Too large” when you start your return and pick the size you want — same style, same colour. We'll check stock when your return arrives — we can't reserve items in advance. If the size is available we'll swap it out; if not, we'll issue store credit instead.
Everything else
- Defective or wrong item
- Check your order when it arrives. If something's off, tap the chat bubble at the bottom right and Vivre Assist will get it sorted — have your order number and a photo ready.
- Logo peel
- Not a dealbreaker. Reach out with your order number, item, and a photo. We'll sort you out with a $10 store credit.
- Gift cards
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. They never expire, so there's no rush to spend one.
