Exchanges
Available for Singapore and Malaysia addresses only. In your return note, tell us what you want instead (e.g. "Surge, black, size 4"). We'll check stock when your return arrives — we can't reserve items in advance. If the item is available we'll swap it out; if not, we'll issue store credit instead.
Defective or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If something's off, tap the chat bubble at the bottom right and VibeBot will get it sorted — have your order number and a photo ready.
Logo peel
Not a dealbreaker. Reach out with your order number, item, and a photo — we'll sort you out with a $10 store credit.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
