Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging.
Returned within 30 days of purchase.
Not a final sale item — these end in $x.90 and are not eligible.
Purchased with a discount of 15% or less. Sparks 30% discount orders are still eligible.
Not purchased using store credit.
Initiate your return at account.vivreactivewear.com/orders. Follow the steps in the approval email once submitted.
Return shipping is on you — keep your tracking number.
A $10 restock fee applies if you're returning an exchanged item, or if the return is sent back more than 2 weeks after approval.
Store credit is issued for the amount you paid. Use it on any future order — free shipping included.
No cash refunds — store credit only.

Available for Singapore and Malaysia addresses only. In your return note, tell us what you want instead (e.g. "Surge, black, size 4"). We'll check stock when your return arrives — we can't reserve items in advance. If the item is available we'll swap it out; if not, we'll issue store credit instead.
