The fine print, in plain words
- Who can I refer?
- Anyone who has never ordered from us, or who hasn't in over a year. It's meant for bringing new people in — and it means nobody can refer you back, so friends can't just swap codes.
- When do I get paid?
- About two weeks after their parcel ships, once the return window closes. If they send it back, the matching part comes back to us too.
- Do I need to keep shopping?
- To keep earning, yes — your link pauses if you haven't ordered in a year. Whatever you've already earned stays exactly where it is.
- What does my friend see?
- Your first name, so they know who sent them. Nothing else — not your surname, your email, or what you've earned.
