How fast is delivery?
Orders to Taiwan go by DHL Express with tracking, arriving 1 to 3 working days after they leave us (Monday to Friday). Shipping is free on orders from NT$5,100 (S$200), est. NT$764 (S$30) from NT$2,600 (S$100), NT$1,146 (S$45) below; checkout charges the exact amount. Any import fees in Taiwan aren't covered.
Can I return something?
Full-price pieces can be returned within 30 days for store credit; the returns page lists the conditions. Final sale pieces and accessories can't be returned.
