TO LOSE WEIGHT… 1. EAT HEALTHY 2. EXERCISE The more calories you consume, the more weight you will gain. I do not recommend you to STARVE though. So to lose weight, you can still eat! But make healthier choices and EXERCISE. Have discipline and determination. If i can do it, you can do it too. Stop asking people how to lose weight because there’s no short cut except to eat lesser and healthier and exercise. You can ask and ask and keep asking different people, the answer will not change and neither will your body if you don’t do anything about it. Ask yourself, how badly do you want to lose the weight?
