2024

From 2024, we are changing our business model to launch curated designs that will run in very limited quantity. Hence, we will not be restocking any of the sku once it's sold out.

From 2024, most of the designs are at its final run. There won't be any plan to restock any of the SKU.

New Online Experience/Accounts

The new website offers faster speed & more functionalities to serve you better. For example, you can check the inventory of our physical stores at the product page and all your orders (from Dec 2020) will be appear in your online account. 

Right now, we have created a true omni channel shopping experience where you can use your gift card/discount code, referral system & checking of previous history can be done at both channels.

If you have not log in from Dec 2020, please create a new account.

vMember will have access to your discount by keying in the "plus" coupon code before check out for 10%.

vMember (now called Momentum Core) spending accumulation is still on going for 2021.

Shipping information

We work most Monday to Friday. Do allow 1-2 working days for your parcels to be shipped out.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Do check our shipping page for more information.

Ninja Van & DHL get the parcel shipped in 1-3 working days for most addresses.

Returns and exchanges

At Vivre, we take pride in our reputation for customer service, quality, and workmanship. All unwashed, unaltered, and unworn apparels with the hang-tag attached are exchangeable for a different size/design.

Please note that clearance, promotional or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please bring the item down to our store for an exchange.

Purchase/Sparks/Discount

Sorry, only 1 discount code can be used each time.

Contact us to inform this issue. Do not place a duplicate order (or seek a full refund) because you will have to bear the merchant cost of 5% of the full transacted value.

These are some possible resolutions depending on the type of discount.

1. You may use the discount code in another order in the future.

2. We will issue store credit for your future order and disable the unique discount code.

3. We will refund you in dollar value (minus 5% for merchant cost) and disable the unique discount code.

Key in your date of birth* at least 1 month before the actual day. Your account will receive 200 sparks on your birthday.

Log into your account and use the widget at the bottom right of the website.

You will receive a discount code automatically when you do a sparks redemption. Do note that you may not be able to combine this discount code with any other discount code such as core, plus and elite.

You may contact us to refund your sparks if you redeem the wrong voucher or opt to save more sparks for a bigger redemption in the future.

Store credit may be issued in certain scenarios. There's no expiry for store credit and it may be used both online and in stores.

If you prefer to use your discount code (core, plus & elite only) with store credit, please head to the store for your purchase.

Yes you can as long as the item(s) can be added into cart. We will proceed to ship it out immediately.

However, do take note that the item(s) may not be in store yet. This means you may not be able to exchange size during the exchange period till the offical launch.
