While we are mourning for a great soul called back to heaven, don’t forget to turn your thoughts back to those who are still around you. Have you been giving them the care and time they deserve? I never did enough.
So what if I am already telling someone daily I love you and I miss you, when that dreadful day comes, I’ll probably miss this habit so much it’ll hurt me to death.
I’m told that heaven is a happy place. I wonder how would a kid be happy if he/she is up there looking down at other kids play? I would be up there hoping I am given another chance to be there for my love ones. I’ll not be pleased if you assume I’m in a happier place without all of you.
It’s sad we have to be constantly reminded that life is unpredictable and vulnerable.

I’m just jotting some thoughts down after getting the news that one of my schoolmate passed away from sarcoma cancer. Diagnosed in Jan 2014, passed on on 6 Mar 2014. His brave journey was recorded down here.
