Comfortable to wear
Great for pole dancing. Can squat and do all sorts of tricks with it. I like that it's also not very sexy.

Great for med-high intensity
I like the support it gives for med-high intensity workouts. My only complain would be the underband that rolls up abit. I have 2 and only 1 of it rolls so I don't know if it's a qc thing.
